How do you actually determine your worth to the company? I just came back from a meeting with my managers regarding this year's compensation. Let's just say I'm not particularly thrilled but not exactly unhappy with the outcome. I suppose you can never really be happy with what you get, and I certainly expected it to be a little bit better. Let's hope next year it will be much better than this!
